Missions And Relations Unit

 The Scholarships and Cultural Relations Unit is one of the important units due to its great role in developing the scientific capabilities and skills of the faculty of teachers and employees through coordination of training courses, grants, fellowships and scientific and inductive cooperation programs, with support and follow-up of scholarship students in various disciplines and fields and follow-up of their academic progress in coordination with the Department of Scholarships and Cultural Relations at the University Presidency.

Mission 
Establishing scientific relations with Iraqi and foreign universities and exchanging research and academic experiences to enhance the skills of our college members.
 
Aims
 
 
 
The Missions and Cultural Relations Unit aims to raise scientific efficiency by involving our faculty members and employees through participation in scientific conferences held in universities outside Iraq. In addition to completing procedures for scholarships, fellowships and study leave.
 
Tasks
Promoting the applications of applicants from our college affiliates for scholarships, fellowships and vacations .
Generalization of scientific activities that arrive from the Department of Cultural Relations from the Presidency of the University.
Follow up the affairs of students affiliated with our college outside Iraq regarding the extension of the duration of study.
Follow-up with the Department of Scholarships and Cultural Relations at the university to obtain official approvals.
Follow-up of expatriates after their return from dispatch and issuance of disengagement and direct orders.
Documenting and archiving all incoming and outgoing.
Coordination with the Graduate Studies Division regarding master's and doctoral students for research fellowships.
