Citizens Affairs Unit

      It is one of the divisions of the Presidency of the University of Anbar in terms of organizational structure and represents the interface of the university and the President of the University, where the Citizens Affairs Division adopts the principle of cooperation between citizens and the presidency of the university in all its faculties (scientific and administrative departments and affiliated centers) in order to coordinate work with all administrative and legal bodies and complete transactions and overcome the difficulties faced by the citizen during his review and complete the requirements of references as quickly and fully as possible and is considered a link between the citizen and the educational institution.
Mission
 interest of the interests of citizens by investing in scientific and technical mechanisms to establish a business that creates a spirit of trust and enhances the form of close relationship between the citizen and the university within a framework of objectivity, transparency and mutual respect to find appropriate solutions for them .
Aims
1- The Citizens Affairs Unit represents the façade of the college.
2- Providing the best services to all citizens.
3- Direct and continuous communication with the relevant authorities related to applications.
4- This unit reflects a civilized state of civilization in civilized societies and the state of institutions.
Tasks
1- Receiving citizens, listening to their complaints, directing them and guiding them to the authorities related to their requests.
2- Receiving all applications addressed to the Dean and presenting them to him to express his opinion thereon.
3- Direct supervision of the organization of interviews for the Dean.
4- Entering citizens' applications according to an electronic system in the e-government program within the form on the ministry's website (e-government citizen), which allows the citizen to follow up his request through the program.
5- Communicate with the citizen about the action taken in connection with his request or complaint by phone, e-mail or review.
6- Receiving citizens' requests by phone or e-mail of the Citizens Affairs Unit and referring them to the relevant authorities.
7- Educating citizens about the role of citizens' affairs through classified advertisements, leaflets, publications and seminars.
8- Listening to citizens' complaints, following them up, overcoming problems and simplifying procedures for them .
