Minister of Higher Education lays foundation stone for project to build modern classrooms and science laboratories in the College of Science
In an important step to enhance the infrastructure at Anbar University, His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, on Monday 12/23/2024, laid the foundation stone for the project to build modern classrooms and scientific laboratories for the College of Science.
The project includes the construction of a multi-storey building, with three floors, with a total area of ????3000 m^2 . The building will be equipped with the latest technologies and equipment necessary to meet the needs of the educational and research process. The building will include spacious classrooms, scientific laboratories equipped with the latest devices, and administrative and service rooms, in accordance with the highest international standards.
His Excellency the Minister stressed during the foundation stone laying ceremony, which coincided with the celebration of Anbar University of its thirty-seventh anniversary and the graduation of a group of its students, the importance of this project in developing the educational process at Anbar University and enhancing its research capabilities.
For his part, the President of the University expressed his thanks and appreciation to His Excellency the Minister for his continuous support for the university, stressing that this project is the culmination of a series of projects being implemented at the university with the aim of developing the infrastructure and improving the quality of education.
