During an Extensive Field Tour: "President of the University of Anbar Visits the College of Science and Directs Enhancing Academic Excellence."

As part of his continuous field visits and his commitment to closely monitoring the educational process, the president of the University of Anbar, Professor Dr. Mushtaq Talib Al-Nada, accompanied by the Assist. President for scientific affairs, Prof. Dr. Wissam Hashim Khalil, conducted an extensive inspection visit to the scientific departments of the College of Science on Monday, April 13, 2026.

He was warmly received by the Dean of the College of Science, Professor Dr. Ismat Ramzi Abdul Ghafour, along with the Assist. Deans for scientific and administrative affairs and a number of department heads.

The visit included a comprehensive and interactive tour of the college’s corridors, lecture halls, and teaching laboratories. The university president directly reviewed the regularity of academic activities and the smooth conduct of lectures. The tour also featured open and engaging discussions with students and faculty members, during which he listened to their suggestions and aspirations, emphasizing the importance of adhering to high academic standards that reflect the esteemed reputation of the University of Anbar.

During his meetings, Professor Dr. Mushtaq Talib Al-Nada delivered a series of important directives aimed at advancing the academic and research environment of the college. He stressed the need to utilize all available resources to create an ideal university setting that fosters creativity and innovation while reinforcing the College of Science’s role as a key contributor to knowledge production within the community.

At the conclusion of the visit, the Dean of the college expressed, on behalf of all staff, his sincere appreciation and gratitude for this visit, noting that the guidance and continuous support from the university presidency serve as a clear roadmap and a strong motivation to continue progressing toward higher levels of academic excellence.
