College of Science lecturers participate in the activities of the Iraqi Mathematical Society conference
The faculty members of the College of Science participated in the 15th Scientific Conference organized by the Iraqi Mathematical Society in cooperation with the College of Science at the University of Zakho, under the slogan "Integration between Mathematics and Science is the Key to Scientific and Technological Progress". Dr. Muhammad Jassim Muhammad and Assistant Lecturer Safwat Abdul Qader Hamad from the Department of Mathematics participated in an important research in the conference activities.
The participation of Dr. Muhammad and Lecturer Safwat highlighted the importance of scientific research in the field of mathematics and its role in driving scientific and technological progress. This participation also reflected the University of Anbar's commitment to encouraging scientific research, supporting researchers, and providing them with the appropriate environment for creativity and innovation.
This conference is an important platform for scientists and researchers in the field of mathematics to exchange ideas and experiences, and discuss the latest developments in this field. The conference witnessed wide participation from various Iraqi universities, in addition to a number of researchers from other countries. The conference included many scientific sessions that addressed various branches of mathematics and their applications in other sciences.
