The aim of this study is evaluating the physiological and immunological status of patients with recurrent aphthous ulcers more than once a year. This includes measuring glutathione (GSH), malondialdehyde (MDA), C-reactive protein (CRP), tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α), matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9), calprotectin (CLP), interleukin-6 (IL-6), interleukin-8 (IL-8), and chemerin in both serum and saliva samples. And Hematological parameters including white blood cells, hemoglobin, red blood cell volume, platelets, and red blood cell volume was assessed by complete blood count.
