Klebsiella pneumoniae is a major nosocomial pathogen with increasing multidrug resistance. This study analyzed 200 clinical and environmental samples from Iraqi hospitals. High resistance rates to common antibiotics were observed, while carbapenems showed lower resistance. ZnO and CuO nanoparticles demonstrated significant antimicrobial and anti-virulence activities, suggesting their potential as promising alternative therapeutic agents.
