A patent for a research team from College of Science
A research team from College of Science, consisting of professors Dr. Khalid Farouk Abdel Ghafour and assistant teacher Laith Latif Hamed, obtained a new patent, titled:
(A developed method to adopt the analysis of the protein beta-arristin in the blood as one of the diagnostic tests for type 2 diabetes))
Where the research team was able to find a developed method to adopt the analysis of the level of beta-arristin protein in the blood as one of the diagnostic tests for the detection of diabetes (type 2), with good accuracy and sensitivity for use in the medical, research fields and in the diagnostic laboratories of the Ministry of Health.
It is noteworthy that the patent is a mutual research product between different Iraqi universities, and it is part of a series of many scientific and continuous productions between College of Science and Iraqi universities.
