This study aimed to This study presents the synthesis and characterization of new cyclic ligands containing N2O2 donor groups. The new L1, L2 bonds are linked to metal ions Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Cd through nitrogen atoms in the imine group and through oxygen atoms in the ether group, thus forming dentate tetragonal bonds. The biological activity of the ligands and complexes (antioxidant) is also studied.
