The study aims to investigate the association of females' hormones and some oxidative stress parameter with some immunological factors in Iraqi women with primary and secondary infertile.
The study showed a significant decrease in the level of catalase and Glutathione peroxidase in the serum of Iraqi women with primary and secondary infertility, and also significant increase of MDA in patient compared to healthy group. The study also appeared a significant increase of Adiponectin and Resistin in serum of infertile women in compared to fertile. A positive relationship between Resistin and Visfatin with FSH who has an inverse correlation with CAT & GPX. The study showed a positive association between Prolactin with both Adiponectin and Resistin.
