A Mark of Creativity: College of Science Organizes “Purposeful Content” Competition to Support Student Outputs

Under the patronage of the College of Science Deanship, the Women’s Affairs Unit organized the “Purposeful Content” competition on Wednesday, April 22, 2026, featuring student-created works in an interactive environment that reflected students’ creative potential.

The competition aimed to encourage students to produce high-quality digital and educational content that promotes knowledge and positive values. It also sought to leverage students’ technical and artistic skills in addressing scientific and societal issues through innovative approaches aligned with modern technological developments.

The event witnessed strong competition among submissions from various scientific departments. The final results were as follows:

First Place: Department of Applied Geology
Second Place: Department of Biotechnology
Third Place: Department of Chemistry

This initiative forms part of the College’s strategic plan to empower students and highlight their active role in producing meaningful content that supports the educational process and enhances the College’s presence in creative and academic forums.
