The aim of this study is to evaluate the rate of acne infection and function between cytokines and vitamin D with oxidative stress and some imbalances according to acne infection rates and to adopt these indicators as a biomarker and function that can be adopted in acne disease.

The study conducted on school students in Haditha district in Anbar Governorate concluded that it found a relationship between acne and the variables under study (IL-17, Vit D, TAC, Zn, Cu, Testosterone prolactin, LH, FSH). The study also found that there is a correlation between variables and acne depending on the severity of the disease and gender, and it was concluded that these variables can be considered vital and functional indicators that can be adopted in diagnosing acne.
