Within the framework of scientific cooperation between the Universities of Anbar and Baghdad,

 In a step that enhances scientific cooperation between the Universities of Anbar and Baghdad, the Dean of the College of Science, Prof. Dr. Ismat Ramzi Abdul Ghafour, chaired the discussion committee for an advanced master's thesis in the field of nanotechnology at the University of Baghdad entitled Electrospun PVP Nanofibers Decorated with Nobel Metals Nanoparticles for Electron/ic Sensing on Thursday 11/28/2024.

The thesis, presented by the student Marwan Saeed Abdul Hamid, dealt with the development of advanced nanofibers from the material (PVP polyvinyl pyrrolidone) decorated with noble metal particles with the aim of improving the performance of electronic sensors.
The research aims to open new horizons in the field of developing more accurate and sensitive sensors, which contributes to the development of many technological applications in the fields of medicine, industry and the environment. The research received wide acclaim from the members of the discussion committee, who agreed on its importance and the originality of its topic.
