A training course entitled "The Rights and Duties of Public Employees as Required by the State and Public Sector Employees Discipline Law No. 14 of 1991 and Its Relationship to Integrity and Transparency."

 The College of Science held an important training course entitled "The Rights and Duties of Public Employees as Required by the State and Public Sector Employees Discipline Law No. 14 of 1991 and Its Relationship to Integrity and Transparency."

The course was delivered by Assistant Lecturer Ahmed Arak Nayef from the University Presidency - Legal Affairs Department, in the Jabir Bin Hayyan Hall at the college. The course targeted faculty and staff members with the aim of enhancing their legal awareness of their rights and duties, and highlighting the close relationship between legal compliance and the principles of integrity and transparency in the performance of duties.
The course covered several key topics, most notably a detailed explanation of the most important rights guaranteed by law to public employees, a clarification of the duties and responsibilities of public employees, and a review of the provisions of the State and Public Sector Employees Discipline Law and their applications.
This course aims to achieve several objectives, including enabling employees to clearly understand their legal rights and duties, promoting a culture of compliance with the law in the work environment, and raising awareness of the importance of integrity and transparency in the performance of their duties. For his part, the Dean of the Faculty of Science, Prof. Dr. Esmat Ramzy Abdel Ghafour, emphasized that understanding the rights and duties of public employees is the foundation of proper job performance and the guarantee of integrity and transparency in the workplace.
