This study aimed to detection and purification of exotoxin T in isolates of pathogenic Pseudomonas aeruginosa and its toxic effective on MCF-7, PC3 cancer cell lines and its role in apoptosis

The majority of isolates were positive and production for the Exotoxin T, with a high percentage. The toxic effect of partially purified exotoxin T was more significant on breast cancer cells than on prostate cancer cells compared to normal cells (HDFn). Additionally, the impact on apoptosis in MCF-7 breast cancer cells varied significantly depending on the concentration of the exotoxin to which they were exposed.
