This study aims to develop high-performance hybrid photodetectors based on V2O5/PANI nanocomposites synthesized via a hydrothermal method. The effects of composition ratio, reaction time, and synthesis temperature were systematically investigated. The V2O5: PANI (1:3) device prepared at 180 °C for 6 h exhibited the best performance, achieving a responsivity of 0.34 A/W, detectivity of 1.6×10²? Jones, and an external quantum efficiency of 137.5%. The superior behavior is attributed to effective band alignment, reduced defect states, and enhanced charge separation, highlighting its potential for advanced optoelectronic photodetection applications.
