The study investigated the relationship between serum Sclerostin, Osteocalcin, and Mcp-1 Levels with various biochemical markers in end-stage renal disease patients. This study included 88 individuals: 58 patients with ESRD and 30 healthy controls. The association between sclerostin, osteocalcin, and MCP-1 showed positive correlations with PTH, creatinine, urea, uric acid, phosphorus, and K+. Conversely, there was a negative correlation with eGFR, vitamin D3, Ca+, total protein, albumin, Hct, Hb , Cl-, and Na+.According to the findings, from the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) analysis, it was found that sclerostin (pg./mL) with sensitivity (100%) and specificity (100%) and cut-off value (685), and osteocalcin (ng/mL) showed sensitivity (81%) and specificity (100%) and cut-off value (33.5), and MCP-1 (pg./mL) showed sensitivity (94.8%) and specificity (96.7%) and cut-off value (382.5).
