The aims of this study is to preparation of biosensors from nanocomposite films prepared from polypyrrole as a conducting polymer, picric acid, and nanoparticles (silver nanoparticles and gold nanoparticles). These films were used for the bio detection of creatinine and some other biomolecules such as urea, glucose, and uric acid. Polypyrrole was prepared using ammonium sulfate as an oxidizing agent and hydrochloric acid as an activating agent. Nanoparticles (silver nanoparticles and gold nanoparticles) were prepared using capsicum annuum extract (leaves and fruits) as a reducing and capping agent.
