Negative aspects awareness campaign
According to the directives of the President of Anbar University, Professor Dr. Mushtaq Talib Al-Nada, and based on what was approved by the esteemed University Council to designate the twenty-fourth of April as an awareness day against negative manifestations, the College of Science launched, today, Wednesday, 4/24/2024, an awareness campaign against these manifestations, through Tips and instructions that were allocated during the first ten minutes of the lectures. This campaign comes within the framework of the university’s endeavor to enhance academic and moral values among students, and combat aspects that are considered negative behavior that threaten the process of teaching and learning.
The campaign includes many events and activities, including holding awareness lectures about negative manifestations and their impact on students and society, which were given at the beginning of lectures and laboratories. Awareness posters and brochures were published and distributed throughout the college, and awareness posters against this phenomenon were displayed on advertisement screens inside the college. This was confirmed by Mr. Dean. College of Science Professor Dr. Ismat Ramzi Abdel Ghafour, during his tour of the scientific departments, stressed the importance of this campaign in promoting academic and moral values among students, stressing the necessity of following methods of integrity and honesty at all stages of education.
