The College of Science Council holds its third session
The College of Science Council held its third regular session on Thursday, December 5, 2024, headed by the Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Esmat Ramzy Abdel Ghafour, and attended by all members of the Council.
The session included discussions on the ongoing preparations for the final exams for the first semester. All aspects related to the exams were reviewed, starting Determine the date of exams to providing all the necessary logistical requirements to ensure their smooth and transparent running.
The meeting also witnessed the discussion and evaluation of a group of research and scientific projects submitted by faculty members and researchers at the college. It was approved to honor the most published lecturers in international journals. During the meeting, the Dean of the College stressed the importance of teamwork and solidarity among all members of the Council in order to achieve the goals of the college and raise its scientific status. He also stressed the need to make maximum use of the competencies available in the college to support the educational and research process.
The Dean of the College emphasized the initiative of the University President, which he launched during the University Council session under the title of the Field Day for Students, on which gardens are maintained and green spaces around the colleges, university buildings and facilities are maintained.
