To encourage scientific research and innovation, the Faculty of Science held a ceremony on Monday, January 13, 2025, in Ibn Sina Hall, to honor its professors who have achieved distinguished scientific achievements, in appreciation of their efforts in publishing scientific research in international journals within Scopus and Clarivate containers in the first and second quarters. The Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Esmat Ramzy Abdel Ghafour, distributed certificates of research excellence in addition to financial rewards to the honorees. During the ceremony, the Dean stressed the importance of this honor in motivating professors to exert more effort and creativity in the field of scientific research to raise the name of the college high by publishing their scientific research in prestigious international journals
