In a touching gesture that reflects the values ??of loyalty and appreciation, the College of Science honored one of its retired professors, Assistant Professor Dr. Sajid Salahuddin Salim, while he was attending a master's thesis discussion committee.
The Department of Life Sciences, represented by the Head of the Department, Professor Dr. Muhammad Qais Al-Ani, presented an honorary gift to Dr. Sajid Salahuddin Salim, in recognition and appreciation of his great giving and valuable contributions to the college, which was presented to him by the Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Ismat Ramzi Abdul Ghafour.
Dr. Sajid Salahuddin Salim is considered one of the distinguished scientific competencies in the College of Science, as he spent many years in the service of science and education, and made great contributions to the development of the Department of Life Sciences and enriching the educational process in the college.
He played a major role in teaching and graduating generations of students who hold him in high esteem and respect.
The Dean of the College, in a speech on this occasion, expressed his sincere thanks and appreciation to Dr. Sajid Salahuddin Salim for the valuable efforts he made throughout his tenure at the College, stressing that his honoring today is a simple expression of the extent of appreciation and respect that his colleagues and students hold for him.
