In a new scientific achievement added to the college's record, the university presidency honored Dr. Maha Rabah Gharib for her research excellence, represented by the publication of a research extracted from her doctoral dissertation entitled: "Association of lipid profile, calcium, and phosphorus with the development of diabetic retinopathy in Iraqi patients."
This honor, which reflects the University of Anbar's commitment to supporting researchers and encouraging them to achieve excellence, came in appreciation of the appearance of the results of this solid research in the Scopus database before the discussion. This is a clear indication of the quality of the research output and the researcher's and supervisors' commitment to publishing it in reputable international journals.
This research was supervised by Professor Dr. Muhammad Qais Abdul and Assistant Lecturer Dr. Huda Muslih Hamoud. On this occasion, Professor Wissam Hashem Khalil, Assistant President for Academic Affairs, and Professor Mushtaq Talib Saleh Al-Nada, President of the University, presented a certificate of appreciation to Dr. Maha Rabah Gharib, wishing her continued success and emphasizing that this achievement represents a valuable addition to the university's journey towards achieving further academic and research excellence.
