The transfer will be done by submitting electronic applications through the applicant's account on the University of Anbar's application website at the link (https://uoa-post.com). Admission will be based on the highest score and the number of vacant seats in the private funding channel. The application receipt will be printed after completing the transfer request and kept by the applicant. If the applicant wishes to cancel the transfer request, they must review the university presidency to submit a written request to that effect.
