Reference to the letter of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research / Directorate of Research and Development / Department of Postgraduate Studies, No. (? ?5/10051 dated 14/9/2025), The University of Anbar announces the reopening of the transfer process between universities in order to fill the vacant seats for applicants who have successfully passed the competitive examination, as well as applicants eligible under the remedial grade policy. This will be carried out according to the transfer mechanism previously communicated to you under our letter No. (?.?/2324 dated 21/8/2025), along with the attached commitments. The transfer process will be open from Monday, 15/9/2025 until the end of official working hours on Thursday, 18/9/2025.
