Dean of the College of Science and Assist. Dean for Scientific Affairs Inspect the Progress of Postgraduate Examinations

The final examinations for the first semester of the 2025–2026 academic year for postgraduate students (Master’s and PhD programs) continued this morning at the College of Science.

As part of their ongoing inspection rounds, the Dean of the College of Science, Prof. Dr. Ismat Ramzi Abdul-Ghafoor, accompanied by the Assist. Dean for Scientific Affairs, Assist. Prof. Dr. Nabil Fawzi Lutfi, conducted a field visit to the examination halls across the scientific departments. The visit aimed to closely monitor the examination process and ensure the availability of an appropriate academic environment that enables students to perform their examinations with focus and comfort.

During the tour, the Dean reviewed samples of examination questions and engaged with students regarding the clarity of the questions and their coverage of the prescribed curricula. He emphasized the necessity of strict adherence to the applicable ministerial regulations and instructions, while commending the efforts of the examination committees and scientific departments for their high level of organization and for providing all required logistical and service support.

For his part, the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs noted that the examinations are proceeding smoothly and in accordance with the approved schedules, wishing all postgraduate students success and excellence in their academic and research endeavors.
