On the 38th Anniversary of Its Establishment: "The College of Science Organizes a Vibrant Student Carnival in the Presence of the University President"

College organized a joyful central celebration marking the 38th anniversary of the establishment of the University of Anbar, a beacon of knowledge and progress.
The celebration was distinguished by a unique blend of science and creativity. Students from the scientific departments presented impressive demonstrations, including colorful and engaging chemical reactions, biological displays highlighting the beauty of microorganisms, and exhibitions of hand-crafted tools and devices designed and developed through students’ own initiatives. These activities reflected the practical, innovative, and applied dimensions of the College’s academic environment. The event also featured contributions from students of the Physics, Mathematics, and Applied Geology departments.

Beyond the scientific dimension, the celebration provided a platform to showcase students’ artistic talents. The program included:

Handicraft exhibitions, featuring finely crafted artistic works;
Art galleries, displaying paintings inspired by nature and real life;
An Arabic calligraphy exhibition, reflecting the aesthetic richness of the Arabic language;  In addition to other cultural and artistic activities that added a distinctive aesthetic character to the event.

During his tour of the exhibition halls and activity areas, the University President expressed his great admiration for the high level of organization and the creative spirit demonstrated by the students of the College of Science. He affirmed that the University of Anbar will continue to serve as a nurturing environment for knowledge and talent, and as a distinguished institution dedicated to graduating innovative and capable generations.

It is worth noting that a significant role in organizing and coordinating the festivities was played by the "Women’s Affairs Unit", in collaboration with a special committee formed for the central celebration, whose collective efforts contributed substantially to the success of this remarkable event.
