The Dean of the College of Science Chairs a Master's Thesis Defense Committee at the College of Education for Pure Sciences

Prof. Dr. Esmat Ramzi Abdul Ghafour, Dean of the College of Science, chaired the Master's thesis defense committee for student Tariq Badri Masoud in the Physics Department at the College of Education for Pure Sciences. The thesis was titled "Green Synthesis of Metallic Nanomaterials and Their Antibacterial Activity." The public defense took place in a rigorous academic atmosphere, during which the student presented his research methodology, which focused on using environmentally friendly methods (green synthesis) to produce metallic nanomaterials and testing their efficacy against various types of bacteria. This represents a scientific contribution that links nanotechnology with biomedical applications. The Dean and the examining committee commended the student's efforts and the accuracy of his findings. The thesis was accepted at the conclusion of the defense.
