Aim of study

Isolation of bacteria Acinetobacter baumanii  that produces chitinase ,Extraction  and purification of the enzyme and studied the effect of the purified enzyme on two other bacterial isolates and also study the effect of the purified enzyme on the activity of antibiotics.

The study included the study of activity  of extracted and purified enzyme from Acinetobacter baumanii on two isolates E.coli and Staphylococcus aureus and also study the effect of enzyme on the activity of antibiotics the study showed that we can use the enzyme to activate the antibiotics that can be used in treatment  and the enzyme can be used to inhibit other bacterial isolates .
