Discussion of a master's thesis for the student (Ali Muhammad Mahir)

 

          The Master’s thesis for the student (Ali Muhammad Mahir) was discussed in the Department of Chemistry - College of Science - University of Anbar on Wednesday 3/9/2021 at Jaber Ibn Hayyan Hall in the College of Science about his thesis tagged:

(( New liquid chromatography for determination statin drugs and comparison between different methods to study activity HMGCR level)).

           The aim of study to development of new chromatographic methods for the separation and determination three statin drugs (Rosuvastatin, Atorvastatin and Simvastatin) in pharmaceutical dosage forms.

          Using new HPLC- developed columns (ZIC-1 & ZIC-4) for achieving the previous goals.

          Comparison between Molecular method and classic method to determine HMGCR enzyme activity level.
