This ensures that any challenges or problems they face are addressed quickly and effectively.
All complaints are treated with complete confidentiality, while ensuring the rights of the complainant are protected.
How to submit a complaint:
1. Access the official form link.
2. Fill out the required information (name, contact information, type of complaint or suggestion).
3. Submit the form and retain the reference number for follow-up.
Professor Dr. Esmat Ramzy Abdel Ghafour, Dean of the College of Science, stated, "This step falls within our strategy to enhance transparency and accountability. Through this, we seek to continuously improve services, communicate with students, citizens, and employees, identify the obstacles they face, and work to overcome them."
He added that the College of Science invites all citizens, employees, and students to take advantage of this service.
