Common exam between Anbar University and Middle East University College

 In implementation of the directives of the President of Anbar University, and in a pioneering step that reflects academic cooperation between educational institutions and the implementation of memoranda of understanding concluded with Iraqi universities, Monday, April 14, 2025, witnessed the Common exam between the College of Science at Anbar University - Department of Biology and the Middle East University College - Department of Biology.

This qualitative exam was held within the framework of the twinning agreement recently concluded between the two colleges, which aims to enhance the quality of education and exchange academic expertise.
The exam witnessed broad participation from students from the Biology Department at both universities. The number of students participating from Anbar University reached 556 students, while the number of participants from Middle East University College reached 203 students. The exam included students in the second, third, and fourth years of study and included an assessment of six basic subjects in the Life Sciences major.
This Common exam primarily aims to consolidate the study and evaluate the educational outcomes of students in the department at both universities, identifying strengths and areas that need development to ensure higher quality in the educational process. The exams were conducted in a positive atmosphere and under the direct supervision of the Dean of the College of Science at Anbar University and the Dean of the Middle East University College. Both emphasized the importance of this step in strengthening scientific and academic cooperation between the two institutions. They praised the good organization and the students' commitment to performing the exam to the best of their ability.
It is worth noting that this initiative is the first of its kind of its kind between the two universities in this specialization, and is the result of joint efforts aimed at developing academic programs and exchanging expertise between faculty and students. This fruitful cooperation is expected to contribute to the preparation of qualified graduates capable of meeting the demands of the labor market and contributing to the sustainable development of society.
In a special statement, the Dean of the College of Science at Anbar University emphasized the importance of this exam in achieving quality standards and academic accreditation, noting that "this step reflects the college's commitment to developing its educational outcomes and creating an academic environment that stimulates innovation and excellence."
